Licensure & Jurisdiction

Antonio Nuñez operates as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist under the regulatory jurisdiction of the State of California’s Board of Behavioral Sciences. Clinical services, including telehealth, are strictly limited to individuals physically residing within California at the time of service.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under the federal No Surprises Act, health care providers are required to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy. You have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services before scheduling. If you receive a bill that is substantially higher than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
